The Studio is located on the second level behind your hosts own residence. The 70 sqm metre space is mainly open plan with
high ceilings. French doors open onto an elevated deck area with views of the countryside and a peek of the Pacific Ocean
coastline.
Fully furnished with quality linens. There is a King bed and in a seperate “nook” there is a set of single bunk beds. The
open plan living space provides comfortable sofas and a dining area.
There is TV, DVD, CD player and a fully functioning kitchen with fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, hobs, and a convection
microwave.
There is a separate bathroom area with a large shower, towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner provided.
This architectually designed Studio has a loverly ambience, it is modern, fresh and even though it is adjacent to your
hosts residence it still supplies a degree of privacy. This is a separate building with it’s own private entrance. The
Studio would suit small families or couples.
As the Studio is located on the same property as the “Guest House” it makes it possible to use both facilities for larger
family groups that need the extra space.

Animals/Pets: due to the Studio being located in a Kiwi habitat we are unable to allow any pets, specifically dogs,
on site. We love dogs, but for the sake of saving the Kiwi we must enforce this policy. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Cancellations
The Ara Roa cancellation policy is that where cancellations
are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the
deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days will result in full payment unless the
facility is re-booked.
